You might feel a little stressful and harder to cope with your stress with all the chaos going around in the world. Want to know how to get relief from stress? Take ten minutes to try one of the below activities and decrease your stress levels.

Meditate:

Meditation is the state of relaxation. It is not about concentration, it’s actually about de-concentration. It’s not about focussing one’s thoughts on one thing, but instead on becoming thoughtless. Meditating after a long stressful working hours is one of the best feelings in the world. If you haven’t tried mindfulness, meditation or relaxation exercises yet, there’s no better time to start. Scientifically proven to help decrease and manage stress, and promote mental wellbeing, these tools are useful for when you’re experiencing stress and as prevention tools in times when you’re feeling well. Adding CBD to this process makes it even more beneficial.  Logically, experts in the practice of meditation have said that cannabis is the perfect companion for the practice, because it helps people access a calm state of mind with more ease.

Breathe:

As the saying goes "Its ok if the only thing you did today was to Breathe."

Stress and anxiety can affect how you breathe, which has flow-on effects on how your body and mind feels. Taking a few deep breaths can help slow your breathing and heart rate, relax your muscles and calm your mind. Start practicing yoga as it has various methods to help in breathing and cleansing your MIND BODY & SOUL.

Exercise:

Stress can also make you subconsciously tense your muscles, which exercise might help to release. Find an exercise you enjoy and start doing it regularly. Research show that exercise boosts mood by pumping oxygen into the brain and releasing feel-good endorphins.

Be grateful.

Stop to think about the things you have going for you and appreciate them. You can either make a mental list of the things you're grateful for first thing in the morning or right before bed, or write them down in a gratitude journal. The health benefits of gratitude are extensive: The simple act can help relieve stress, strengthen social relationships, and more.

Eat healthy:

Dark, leafy greens are rich in vitamins and minerals. Start every morning with a healthy green smoothie and feel your body thank you for it.
